An arrest was made Friday in connection with a series of pipe-bomb explosions at a Glendale home, authorities said.
Tom Mangan, spokesman for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, said one man was apprehended at 8:15 a.m. outside a home in the 3200 block of West Villa Rita Drive.
Glendale police and Phoenix police bomb squads units were also on the scene.
Authorities arrested the man as he was driving away from the residence in a white four-door Chevrolet Suburban.
Mangan wouldn’t give any details about how the arrest is connected to a series of pipe bombing at a Glendale home for over a year.-[source]
